Sometimes it takes more than digital support. The 360° Coaches are a Weight Doctors® team that stands by your side: for motivation, structure and real everyday practicality. On request, your personal 360° Coach accompanies you from the first day into aftercare.

The offering emerged from evaluating thousands of feedback responses and satisfaction surveys from our patients. After all, whether weight loss succeeds in the long term depends significantly on the support in the months and years after treatment.

People and technology

Coaches, specialist and Mira: who is there for what

Your coaches do not work on their own. Medically, they work closely with the specialists; digitally, Weight Doctors® Mira supports them. This is how the tasks are shared:

  1. Your specialistLeads your therapy medically: diagnosis, therapy decision, prescription and progress monitoring. You stay in contact with him or her throughout the treatment.
  2. Your 360° CoachesSupport you personally with nutrition, behaviour and everyday life. They do not diagnose and do not make medication decisions.
  3. Weight Doctors® MiraAnswers everyday questions around the clock in the app – as a non-medical offering. More about Mira.

What belongs to the Membership – and what you can add

The 360° Coaches are included in the Weight Doctors® MEMBERSHIP: regular, prioritised aftercare as well as nutrition and behaviour coaching by arrangement, up to 3 appointments.

Anyone who would like more intensive support with changing their diet can add the Weight Doctors® 360° nutrition coaching – from €65 per session as a self-pay service. At least 5 sessions of at least 30 minutes each are recommended: in person, by telephone or by video.

Who is behind the coaching

In nutrition coaching, our nutrition scientists advise you – on the basis of current scientific recommendations. Patient management is led by Swetlana Zitzer, oecotrophologist and Director Patient Management at Weight Doctors®.

The aim is self-competence: besides your personal plan, you receive background knowledge on nutrients, food labels and the psychology of eating – knowledge that stays.

What do the 360° coaches do?

They are a Weight Doctors® team that supports you personally – with changing your diet in everyday life, with questions about motivation and implementation, with stabilising your weight in the long term and with using the app.

Will I get a fixed contact person?

On request, yes: your personal 360° Coach accompanies you from the first day into aftercare. At the same time, you stay in contact with your treating specialist.

How do I reach my coach?

At the agreed appointments in person, by telephone or by video. Between appointments, you can reach your team via the Weight Doctors® App.

Are the 360° Coaches included in the Membership?

Yes. The Weight Doctors® MEMBERSHIP includes regular, prioritised aftercare as well as nutrition and behaviour coaching by arrangement, up to 3 appointments.

What does additional nutrition coaching cost?

The Weight Doctors® 360° nutrition coaching is available from €65 per session as a self-pay service. How many sessions make sense, we discuss at the beginning; at least 5 are recommended.

Can the coaches answer medical questions?

The coaches support you with nutrition, behaviour and everyday life. They do not make diagnoses and do not decide about medication. You clarify medical questions with your specialist or your treatment team.

How do the 360° Coaches differ from Weight Doctors® Mira?

Mira is an AI and answers everyday questions around the clock in the app. The 360° Coaches are people from the Weight Doctors® team who support you personally. The two complement each other.
