Insert the batteries, connect the scales via Bluetooth and receive your body analyses directly on your smartphone. You will find the link to the Allurion app at step 2.

Step by step
- 1. Insert the batteriesOpen the battery compartment on the back of the scales, insert the batteries according to the polarity and close the compartment – the scales start automatically.
- 2. Install the appDownload the Allurion app and register. Enter the clinic code that you receive from your Weight Doctors® patient adviser, and activate location sharing.
- 3. Connect via BluetoothAfter inserting the batteries, the Bluetooth symbol flashes. Open the app – the connection is made automatically, after which the scales transmit your values directly to your smartphone.
- 4. Measure correctlyPlace the scales on a level, firm and dry surface, not on carpet. Stand barefoot and in as little clothing as possible on the electrode surface.

When to weigh yourself
Weigh yourself in the morning if possible, after getting up – after going to the toilet and before breakfast. If possible once a week at the same time: this gives you comparable results.
